Lens meter

A lensmeter , or lensometer is an ophthalmic instrument. It is mainly used by optometrists and opticians for verifying the correct prescription in a pair of eyeglasses.

The parameters used by a lensmeter is derived from the prescriptions written by an ophthalmologist or optometrist, being sphere, cylinder, axis, add, and in some cases, prism.
